Looking at this, I am glad that I've yet to play a GTA game. I never played the games originally due to the unnecesary, brutal, and controversial violence (like beating up seniors with baseball bats) that was plagued in it, as well as the fact that I didn't even have a Playstation2 till last year, but now I'll never touch the games for what Take 2 Games did to you and how they treat those who buy their games. The only time when I'll ever hold those games is if I intend to burn them to a smoldering pile of ashes.
Well, I must say me and my fiance are both missing your vids on YouTube. Those reviews always led to long nights of laughter (and occasional drinking). I hope that your suspension gets lifted, because I don't have a clue how long I can go without watching your Star Trek V NES review...never seen a game with so many damned typo's... As for the GTA series, I will NEVER purchase one of those games EVER again...
One thing it came to my mind is that I still remember how T2 DMCA'd every youtuber who posted gameplay footage of the LEAKED version of GTA IV. I just wonder how these dumbducks could ever recognize you have recorded the leaked version or not (I have never watched the video in question)?
As for how T2 treats its fans, I think it was allready somewhat relevant as from how 2K Games (a subsidiary of T2) implemented that dreaded SecuROM thingy on the PC version of BioShock.
Also, times like these, makes me wonder if EA somehow managed to secretly acquire T2.....
Wait, did you say they don't investigate at all and just suspend you? Does that sound like... maybe... could it be... just like Google does with Adsense (and probably everything else)? Man you'd think there's a relationship between Google and Youtube. If only I didn't know better.
Anyhow, these companies don't investigate anything. Paypal never investigated anything, Google doesn't and Youtube doesn't and I'm willing to bet roughly 'bout a dollar (that's not too much these days) that other big companies like Microsoft and Myspace wouldn't investigate anything other than where the "send" button is that they use to send their bullshit to you, right after they investigated where the "suspend" button is to suspend your account over nothing at all. Pft.
Sucks man, I've enjoyed your reviews a lot, I surely hope you'll find a spot for these vids.
